Newsletter – THE MOST HOLY BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST (CORPUS CHRISTI). YEAR B.

corpus christi

A VOCATION VIEW:
Christ is the mediator of the New Covenant, established in His Precious Blood so that we might make a return to Him. As we gather Sunday after Sunday, may we become more and more like whom we receive from the altar of the Lord. (Hebrews 9:11-15)
We receive Holy Communion through the ministry of our ordained priests. Through the Body and Blood of Christ, we are made one body: to become Christ-like, purified, and ready to serve. Please Pray for Vocations.

STEWARDSHIP –
“Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them and they all drank from it. ” – Mark 14:23. Jesus, the perfect steward, gave thanks, just before He gave Himself up for us, completely for our salvation. He offers us the same chance to drink from His cup. In the bread and wine, we meet Christ personally. If we follow Him, drinking from His cup means we offer our own self-sacrifice, using all of our gifts for the benefit of others and to do His work on earth.
The vision of Stewardship applies to every aspect of life, inviting everyone to be thankful, generous, and accountable for what they have been given.
